Return & Refund Policy

A Colorful Farmhouse has a 30-day return policy on most items. Customers may return items that are unused and have the original tags and packaging intact for a full refund which will be applied to the same credit card used for purchase. Once we receive the returned item back, we will issue the refund immediately and will email the customer to let them know the refund has been processed. Generally, it takes 2-3 days after we issue the refund for the customer to see the credit on their credit card or bank statement. Some items that are drop-shipped to our customers from one of our various manufacturers are not returnable and will be noted as such on the product page.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, A Colorful Farmhouse may choose to cover the cost of return shipping or they may offer a replacement shipment at no additional charge to the customer . All claims must be received within 48 hours of your item's arrival and must be accompanied by photos reflecting the damage or defect. If the damage appears to have happened in transit, please also send photos of the exterior of the package as well. All other returns not related to damage or defect will be shipped at the customer's expense. For returns (other than damage) on truck items, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost plus a 20% restock fee.
